If the turntable in your microwave is not rotating, try the following:
- Make sure the glass turntable is correctly positioned on the turntable support ring and centre coupling.
- Check that the turntable support and wheels are correctly fitted and can move freely.
- Ensure there is no food, debris or grease obstructing the turntable or support.
- Avoid placing items that are too large or heavy on the turntable.
- Switch the microwave off at the mains, wait a few minutes, then switch it back on and try again.
