The Slush 'n' Whip requires sufficient sugar in the mix to create slush or soft serve correctly.
- If there is not enough sugar, the machine will stop and beep.
- This is normal operation and does not indicate a fault.
- Check the recipe or mix and add the required amount of sugar before restarting.
- Insufficient sugar can also cause frozen mix to catch on the barrel and create a knocking noise.
