A humming noise during operation is normal for the Slush 'n' Whip.
The machine may make a similar humming sound to the Slush Fusion while it is operating and creating your slush or soft serve.
If you notice an unusual noise, such as persistent loud knocking, check that the mix contains enough sugar.
