- Set the buffet server to the required temperature using the temperature control.
- For keeping a roast dinner warm, a setting of approximately 70°C is recommended.
- Ensure food is fully cooked before placing it in the buffet server.
- Keep the lids on the trays where possible to help retain heat and prevent the food from drying out.
- Do not use the buffet server to cook or reheat food.
