The amount of water you add to the Tower T19023 Egg Cooker determines how your eggs are cooked.
Use the supplied measuring cup and fill it to the marking for your preferred egg consistency:
- Soft boiled: Fill to the Soft marking.
- Medium boiled: Fill to the Medium marking.
- Hard boiled: Fill to the Hard marking.
The egg cooker will automatically switch off when the water has evaporated and the eggs are ready.
For best results:
- Use cold water in the measuring cup.
- Pierce the larger end of each egg using the egg piercer on the measuring cup.
- Place the eggs in the egg rack with the pierced end facing upwards.
- Keep the lid closed during cooking.
The cooking time is approximately 6½ minutes for soft eggs, 9 minutes for medium eggs and 13 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Cooking times may vary depending on the size and temperature of the eggs.
Always use the measuring cup supplied with your egg cooker, as the markings are designed specifically for the appliance.
