Some strongly coloured drinks, such as mango juice, may leave stains or discolouration on the slushie machine tank.
To help remove stains:
- Empty the tank and rinse it thoroughly with warm water.
- Run the cleaning cycle, which takes approximately 5 minutes.
- Once the cleaning cycle is complete, clean the tank using warm water and mild washing-up liquid.
- Use a soft sponge or non-abrasive cloth to gently remove any remaining staining.
- For stubborn stains, allow the tank to soak in warm, soapy water before gently cleaning again.
- Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely.
Important: Do not use abrasive scourers, harsh chemicals or bleach, as these may damage the tank or affect the surface.
To help prevent staining, clean the tank as soon as possible after using strongly coloured drinks.
