Weak suction can be caused by a full dust container, dirty filters, blockages, or incorrectly fitted parts.
To help restore suction:
- Empty the dust container and make sure it is fitted securely.
- Clean the filters according to your model’s user manual. Allow washable filters to dry completely before refitting.
- Check for blockages in the nozzle, tube and other accessible airflow passages.
- Inspect the brush roll for tangled hair or debris, and make sure it spins freely if your model has a motorised brush.
- Check all parts are fitted correctly and securely connected.
Regular cleaning and maintenance help maintain suction. If suction remains weak after these checks, consult your user manual or contact Tower Customer Support.
