Anti-tangle technology helps reduce hair wrap, but both rollers should be checked and cleaned regularly to maintain performance.
- Remove the tool: Switch off the vacuum and detach the floorhead or pet tool before cleaning.
- Release the roller: Remove the roller following the instructions for your vacuum model.
- Remove hair and threads: Clear any tangled hair, fibres or debris, including around the roller ends. Use the supplied cleaning tool or carefully cut along the groove in the floor roller, taking care not to damage the bristles.
- Wash removable rollers only: The rollers can be rinsed, but motorised housings and electrical contacts must be kept dry.
- Clean the floor roller: Rinse under running water and allow it to dry completely before refitting.
- Clean the pet-tool roller: Rinse under lukewarm water and air-dry for at least 24 hours, ensuring it is completely dry before refitting.
- Wipe the tool: Use a dry cloth to clean the inside of the floorhead and any lights.
- Refit securely: Lock each roller back into place before using the vacuum again.
Important: Never immerse motorised components in water or refit a roller while it is wet. Always ensure the rollers are securely fitted before use.
