If your cordless vacuum will not switch on, try the following checks.
Before checking for blockages or inspecting the filters or brush rollers, switch off the vacuum, disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
- Charge the battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
- Check the battery is fitted correctly: Reinsert the battery and make sure it clicks securely into place.
- Check the dust tank: Ensure the dust tank is correctly fitted and securely locked into position.
- Check the inlet HEPA filter: Make sure the filter is correctly installed. The vacuum may not operate if the filter is missing or fitted incorrectly.
If the vacuum still will not switch on after these checks, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
