If your Tower cordless vacuum loses charge quickly or won’t hold a charge, try these checks:
- Charge the battery fully using the supplied charger, following your model’s user manual.
- Check the charging connection to make sure the charger is securely connected.
- Inspect the charging contacts for dirt or debris. Disconnect the charger before cleaning, and ensure the contacts are dry before reconnecting.
- Check the power setting: using maximum suction or motorised attachments may reduce runtime.
- Consider battery condition: battery capacity can decrease over time. If runtime remains much shorter than expected, the battery may need replacing.
If the vacuum still won’t charge or hold its charge, consult your user manual or contact Tower Customer Support for further advice. Use only compatible replacement batteries and chargers.
