If your cordless vacuum has lost suction, try the following checks.
Before checking for blockages or cleaning the filters, switch off the vacuum, disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
- Empty the dust tank: Remove accumulated dust and debris.
- Clean the filters: Clean the inlet and exhaust filters according to the instruction manual.
- Check for blockages: Inspect the tube, handheld inlet and cleaning tool for trapped dust, hair or debris.
- Refit dry filters only: Allow filters to dry completely before reinstalling them.
- Adjust the power setting: Select a higher power setting if needed for the surface or type of debris.
