If the brush is not spinning or your vacuum is making unusual noises, follow these checks:
Before inspecting or cleaning the vacuum, switch it off, disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
- Check the roller: Remove hair, threads and trapped debris from the roller and its ends.
- Check for blockages: Inspect the tube and inlet for obstructions.
- Reconnect the floorhead: Ensure the floorhead is firmly attached to the vacuum.
- Check the indicator icons:
- A flashing brush icon indicates a roller blockage.
- An airflow icon indicates that the air path needs checking.
Remove any blockages before using the vacuum again.
