If your vacuum runs for less time than expected or you cannot select High power, check the following:
- Choose the right power setting: Higher power uses more battery. Use Low or Medium for routine cleaning and High for stubborn dirt.
- Check the battery level: High power is unavailable when the battery charge falls below 20%. The low-battery indicator comes on when the charge falls below 10%.
- Charge the battery: Fully charge the battery to help maximise runtime and restore access to High power.
- Keep filters and airways clear: Empty the dust tank, clean the filters and remove any blockages to maintain airflow and efficient operation.
