If your vacuum battery will not charge, try the following checks:
- Check the connections: Ensure the supplied adaptor is firmly connected to the battery or charging mount and plugged into a working mains socket.
- Check the temperature: The battery must be within the recommended charging range of 10°C to 30°C.
- Allow the battery to cool: If the vacuum has been used heavily, let the battery cool before charging.
