If your vacuum has no power, check the following:
- Check the power connection: Ensure the plug is fully inserted into a working mains socket and the socket is switched on.
- Try another socket: Test the vacuum using another working outlet.
- Check the plug fuse: If your model has a fused UK plug, check the fuse and replace it only with the correct type and rating specified by the manufacturer.
- Check for overheating: If the vacuum stopped during use, unplug it and allow it to cool completely before trying again.
- Check the power cord: Look for visible damage to the cord or plug. Do not use the vacuum if either is damaged.
If the vacuum still will not switch on after these checks, contact Tower Customer Support.
Important: Never open the vacuum or attempt electrical repairs yourself.
