A loud or unusual noise may indicate a blockage, loose component or debris restricting airflow.
- Switch off and unplug the vacuum before inspecting or cleaning any parts.
- Check for blockages: Inspect the hose, tube, airways and floorhead for trapped dust, hair or debris.
- Check the filters: Ensure they are clean, completely dry if washable, and fitted correctly.
- Check the brush roll: Remove tangled hair or debris and ensure the brush roll is fitted securely.
- Check all connections: Make sure the dust container, hose and attachments are correctly assembled.
Once everything is clear and securely fitted, reconnect the vacuum and test it.
