If the brush roll is not spinning, it may be obstructed or the brush control may be switched off.
- Switch off and unplug the vacuum before inspecting or cleaning the brush roll.
- Check for blockages: Remove tangled hair, threads and debris from the brush roll and its ends.
- Check the brush control: If your model has a brush roll switch, make sure it is turned on.
- Check the floorhead: Ensure the brush roll is fitted correctly and that no visible obstructions remain.
Once everything is clear and correctly fitted, reconnect the vacuum and test it.
If the brush roll still does not spin, stop using the floorhead and consult your user manual or contact Tower Customer Support.
