If the power cord will not retract properly, it may be twisted, caught or not engaging with the rewind mechanism.
- Switch off and unplug the vacuum before checking the cord.
- Check for twists or obstructions: Make sure the cord is not tangled, trapped or caught around the vacuum.
- Try the rewind button again: Gently pull the cord out a short distance, then press the rewind button and guide the cord back slowly.
- Avoid forcing the cord: Do not yank the cord or allow it to retract uncontrollably.
If the cord still will not retract, or appears damaged, stop using the vacuum and contact Tower Customer Support. The rewind mechanism may require professional attention.
