If your air fryer is losing power intermittently or switching off during use, please carry out the following checks:
- Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the air fryer and the wall socket.
- Check that the wall socket is working correctly by testing it with another appliance.
- If your air fryer has a fused plug, check that the fuse has not blown and replace it with a fuse of the correct rating if required.
- Check the power cord and plug for any visible signs of damage.
- Ensure the air fryer is placed on a flat, stable surface with enough space around it for ventilation.
- Check that the air fryer is not overheating due to blocked vents, grease build-up or being overloaded.
- Switch the air fryer off, unplug it from the mains and allow it to cool fully before trying again.
