If the dust container will not fit back into your vacuum, it may be misaligned or a component may not be seated correctly.
- Switch off and unplug the vacuum before checking the dust container.
- Check the alignment: Position the container according to your model’s user manual and ensure it lines up with the mounting points.
- Check the filter assembly: Make sure the filters and any internal components are correctly fitted.
- Check for obstructions: Remove any trapped dust or debris around the container, seals and connection points.
- Refit carefully: Follow the instructions for your model until the container locks securely into place.
Do not force the container into position, as this could damage the clips or seals.
