If your carpet washer is not dispensing water or cleaning solution, check the following:
- Check the clean water tank: Ensure it contains sufficient water, no damages and is fitted securely.
- Check the solution: Make sure you have added the correct cleaning solution in the way described in your user manual.
- Press the trigger: Ensure you are pressing the spray trigger as instructed for your model.
- Check for blockages: Switch off and unplug the machine before checking the spray nozzles for dirt or debris. Clean them according to your user manual.
- Try again: Once everything is correctly fitted and clear, reconnect the machine and test the spray.
If the machine still does not dispense water or solution, consult your Tower user manual or contact Customer Support.
