If your carpet remains very wet after cleaning, the washer may be leaving too much solution behind or not extracting enough dirty water.
- Use additional suction passes: Move the washer slowly over the carpet without spraying more solution, if your model supports this.
- Avoid over-wetting: Use the recommended amount of cleaning solution and avoid repeatedly spraying the same area.
- Check the dirty water tank: Empty it if full and ensure it is correctly fitted and sealed.
- Check for blockages: Switch off and unplug the machine before checking the hose, floorhead and accessible filters for debris.
- Improve airflow: Open windows when conditions allow or use a fan to help the carpet dry faster.
Drying time depends on carpet thickness, room temperature and ventilation. If the carpet remains excessively wet despite these checks, consult your Tower user manual or contact Customer Support.
