Regularly cleaning the tanks and filters helps maintain your carpet washer’s performance and prevent unpleasant odours.
- Switch off and unplug the machine before cleaning or removing any components.
- Empty the dirty water tank after each use. Rinse the tank and lid, removing any dirt or debris.
- Clean the clean water tank by emptying and rinsing it as needed. Check the cap and seals for residue.
- Check and clean the filters according to your model’s user manual. Remove trapped dirt and debris, and rinse washable filters as instructed.
- Allow all washable components to dry completely before refitting them.
- Refit everything securely before using the machine again.
