A loud or unusual noise may indicate a blockage, a loose component or a tank that is not fitted correctly.
- Switch off and unplug the machine before checking or removing any parts.
- Check the tanks: Ensure the clean and dirty water tanks are correctly seated and securely fitted.
- Check for blockages: Inspect the hose, floorhead and brush area for trapped hair, dirt or debris. Remove any visible obstructions.
- Check all components: Make sure the hose, attachments and removable parts are fitted securely.
- Restart the machine: Once everything is clear and correctly fitted, plug it back in and test it.
If the unusual noise continues, stop using the machine and contact Tower Customer Support.
