Water leaks are often caused by overfilled tanks, loose caps or tanks that are not fitted correctly.
- Switch off and unplug the machine before checking for leaks.
- Check the water levels: Ensure neither tank is overfilled and follow the fill-level markings in your user manual.
- Check the tanks and caps: Make sure both tanks are seated securely and all caps and seals are correctly fitted and free from debris.
- Check for damage: Inspect the tanks and seals for cracks, wear or damage.
- Empty after use: Empty the dirty water tank and follow your user manual for storing the machine.
If the leak continues, stop using the washer and contact Tower Customer Support.
