If your carpet washer is not picking up dirty water, check the following:
- Empty the dirty water tank: If the tank is full, empty and rinse it.
- Check the tank seal: Ensure the lid, seals and tank are clean and correctly fitted.
- Check for blockages: Switch off and unplug the machine before inspecting the suction path and floorhead. Remove any visible dirt or debris.
- Check floor contact: Ensure the floorhead sits correctly against the carpet for effective water pickup.
- Check the filters: Clean any accessible filters according to your model’s user manual and allow washable filters to dry completely before refitting.
If the washer still does not pick up dirty water after these checks, consult your Tower user manual or contact Customer Support.
