If the brush roll is not spinning, it may be obstructed or not fitted correctly.
- Switch off and unplug the machine before inspecting the brush roll.
- Check for blockages: Remove any tangled hair, threads or debris around the brush roll and its ends.
- Check the assembly: Ensure the brush roll and any removable covers are fitted securely.
- Check the operating instructions: Some models may have specific brush controls or operating requirements.
Once everything is clear and correctly fitted, reconnect the machine and test it.
If the brush roll still does not spin, stop using the machine and contact Tower Customer Support.
