If your cleaner is not picking up water effectively or leaves the floor too wet, follow these checks.
Before removing tanks, filters or the roller, switch off and disconnect the cleaner from power. Allow any hot parts to cool.
- Empty the dirty water tank: A full tank can activate the float, stopping water pickup. Empty the tank and refit it securely.
- Check the filter: Ensure the filter is clean, completely dry and correctly fitted.
- Check the roller and guard: Remove any trapped dirt or debris and make sure the roller and brush guard are fitted securely.
- Adjust your cleaning technique: Use short bursts of spray and move slowly in even, overlapping passes. Avoid soaking the floor.
