If your cleaner is leaking water, follow these checks.
Switch off the cleaner and disconnect it from power before inspecting or removing any parts.
- Check the clean water tank: Ensure it is not filled above the valve line and that the cap is securely closed.
- Refit the clean water tank: Make sure it is correctly seated in the cleaner.
- Check the dirty water tank: Empty it and refit it securely.
- Check the filter: Ensure it is clean, completely dry and correctly fitted.
If the cleaner continues to leak after these checks, stop using it and contact our Customer Support team. Do not continue using the cleaner if water is leaking from the air outlet.
