If the self-cleaning cycle will not start, check the following:
- Check the charging station: Ensure the cleaner is positioned firmly on the station and the base is plugged into a working mains socket.
- Fill the clean water tank: Make sure there is enough clean water in the tank.
- Empty the dirty water tank: Empty any collected dirty water before starting the cycle.
- Check the tanks and filter: Ensure both tanks and the filter are correctly fitted.
- Start self-cleaning: Once all checks are complete, press the Self-Cleaning button.
