If the roller is not turning or the cleaner is vibrating unusually, follow these checks.
Before removing the roller or cleaning the housing, switch off and disconnect the cleaner from power. Allow any hot parts to cool.
- Check for blockages: Remove hair, threads and debris from the roller and its housing.
- Refit the roller: Reinstall the roller securely until it locks and clicks into place.
- Check the handle angle: Keep the handle within its normal working angle of approximately 60°.
- Check the cleaning solution: Unsuitable or foaming solutions can cause problems. Use only a manufacturer-recommended, non-foaming cleaning solution.
