If your cleaner will not start or charge, or stops during use, try the following checks.
- Check the battery and handle: Ensure both are securely fitted.
- Check the charging base: Make sure it is connected to a working power socket and the cleaner is positioned correctly, with the charging contacts aligned.
- Charge the battery: Fully charge the battery before use. Select ECO mode to help extend runtime.
- Allow the cleaner to cool: If the cleaner has overheated, switch it off and allow it to cool for 1 hour.
- Empty the tanks: Empty the dirty water tank and check that both tanks are correctly fitted.
- Clear blockages: Check the roller and internal airways for trapped hair or debris.
- Clean the filter: Clean the filter as instructed in the manual and allow it to dry completely before refitting.
Once the cleaner has cooled, any blockages have been cleared and all parts are correctly fitted, try using it again.
