Always switch off and unplug the steam mop, then allow at least 5 minutes for it to cool. Check that the cleaning pad is cool before handling it.
- Remove the pads: Carefully detach the cleaning pads and cloths.
- Wash after use: Wash pads before first use and after every cleaning session using warm water and mild detergent.
- Avoid harsh products: Do not use bleach or fabric conditioner.
- Machine washing: Follow the confirmed washing instructions for your model. The maximum wash temperature is awaiting factory confirmation.
- Dry thoroughly: Allow pads to dry completely before refitting or storing them.
- Replace when needed: Change to a clean, dry pad if the fitted pad becomes dirty or too wet.
- Maintain the attachment: Remove lint and debris from the hook-and-loop strips to help the pad attach securely.
- Replace worn pads: Replace pads when they become worn or no longer attach securely.
