If your steam mop still produces no steam after refilling the tank, try the following checks:
- Check the water tank: Switch off and unplug the mop and allow it to cool completely. Remove the tank and gently tilt it so the metal ball and tube sit in the water, then refit the tank securely.
- Allow the mop to cool: If the mop has stopped producing steam during use, its temperature protection may have activated. Switch off, unplug and leave it to cool for 30 minutes before trying again.
- Test the mop: Reconnect the mop and check whether steam is being produced as normal.
If the mop still does not produce steam after these checks, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
