Before removing the water tank, changing a pad or attachment, or checking seals, always switch off and unplug the steam mop and allow it to cool. Steam and recently used parts can cause burns.
If the light is flashing or no steam is coming out, check the following:
- Allow the mop to heat up: The steam indicator flashes during the approximately 20-second heat-up period.
- Check the indicator light: Once the light is solid white, press the Low or High steam button to start steaming.
- Allow time for steam to appear: After filling the tank, steam may take up to 45 seconds to appear.
- Check the water level: Ensure there is enough water in the tank. Never operate the steam function with an empty tank.
- Check the tank is fitted correctly: Make sure the water tank is securely in place and has clicked into position.
If the mop still produces no steam after these checks, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
