If your steam mop pad keeps coming off, try the following:
- Clean the attachment strips: Remove lint, hair and debris from the hook-and-loop strips to help the pad grip securely.
- Position the pad correctly: Centre the pad beneath the mop head.
- Press firmly into place: Ensure the pad is securely attached before use.
- Check for wear: Replace the pad if it is worn or no longer attaches securely.
