If your steam mop is producing weak steam or not cleaning effectively, try the following:
- Check the cleaning pad: Fit a clean, dry pad. Replace it if it becomes dirty or too wet.
- Check the water level: Ensure there is enough water in the tank and that it is fitted securely.
- Prepare the floor: Sweep or vacuum before steaming to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Select the correct setting: Use the appropriate steam setting for the surface you are cleaning.
- Check for limescale: Hard-water deposits can affect steam output. Use distilled water in hard-water areas to help reduce limescale build-up.
- Do not use descaler in the tank: Only use water in the steam mop's water tank.
If the steam output remains weak after these checks, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
