If your steam mop's water tank is leaking, stop using the mop, switch it off and unplug it. Allow it to cool completely before checking the tank.
- Check the water level: Make sure the tank has not been overfilled.
- Check the filler cap: Ensure the cap is firmly closed.
- Clean the seals: Wipe away any dirt or debris from the tank seal and the contact surfaces.
- Refit the tank: Reinsert the tank securely until it clicks into place.
- Check for damage: Inspect the tank seal for any visible damage.
Do not use the steam mop if a seal is damaged or the leak continues. Contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
