If your steam mop is dripping water or leaving the floor too wet, try the following:
- Check for condensation: A few brief drips during warm-up or cooling may be caused by condensation and are not necessarily a fault.
- Use the Low steam setting: Start on Low to help prevent excess moisture on the floor.
- Keep the mop moving: Do not leave the steam mop steaming in one spot, as this can make the surface too wet or cause damage.
- Change the cleaning pad: Replace the pad if it becomes soaked.
If water continues to leak from the mop, stop using it and contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
