If your spot cleaner is not spraying water or the spray is weak or uneven, try the following checks.
Before removing parts or checking for blockages, switch off, unplug the appliance and allow the cleaner and tools to cool.
- Check the clean water tank: Refill the tank if needed and click it firmly into place.
- Check the hose: Ensure the hose is not kinked or twisted.
- Check the tool: Make sure the attachment is securely locked into place.
- Prime the system: In a Water + Suction mode, hold the trigger for 20–30 seconds to help draw water through the system.
- Clean the tool head: If the spray remains weak or uneven, switch off, unplug and allow the cleaner to cool. Remove the tool head and rinse it to clear any debris before trying again.
