Unpleasant smells or suds in the hose can be caused by detergent residue or dirty water left inside the system.
- Flush the hose: Use clean water in Warm Water + Suction mode for 1–2 minutes.
- Repeat if needed: Continue flushing until no suds remain, then flush for a further 30 seconds.
- Clean the attachments: Rinse the tools and empty and rinse the dirty water tank.
- Dry thoroughly: Allow the hose, tools and tanks to dry completely before storage.
- Use the correct detergent: Use only a suitable low-foaming cleaning product. Apply it directly to the stain according to its instructions; never pour detergent into the clean water tank.
Important: Before cleaning or removing parts, switch off and unplug the appliance and allow it and the tools to cool.
