If your cleaner will not switch on or stops during use:
- Check the power supply: Ensure the mains connection is secure and try a working socket.
- Allow the cleaner to cool: If it stopped after heating up, switch it off, unplug it and allow it to cool for 20–30 minutes.
- Check for blockages: Once cool, check for and clear any blockages.
- Check water levels: Ensure the water tanks contain sufficient water and are fitted correctly before restarting.
Important: If the cleaner trips the electrical supply or smells burnt, stop using it and do not reconnect it until it has been inspected by an authorised service professional.
