If your spot cleaner asks you to change the attachment, the tool may not be compatible with the selected cleaning mode or may not be fitted correctly.
- Check the cleaning mode: The upholstery brush supports all four modes. Tools connected through the conical nozzle support Steam Cleaning mode only.
- Switch off and unplug: Allow the appliance and tools to cool completely before checking or changing attachments.
- Check the connection: Ensure the attachment is fitted correctly and the alignment marks match.
- Lock the attachment: For tools fitted through the conical nozzle, twist the attachment a quarter-turn clockwise to secure it.
Once the correct attachment is fitted securely, select the appropriate mode and try again.
