If water leaks from underneath your cleaner:
- Stop using the cleaner, switch it off and unplug it. Allow it to cool completely before checking any parts.
- Check both water tanks: Ensure neither tank is overfilled, both are seated correctly and all caps are secure.
- Check for debris: Clean any debris from the seals, valve seats and filter grille beneath the dirty water tank.
- Check for continued leaks: If water continues to leak, stop using the cleaner and contact Customer Support.
